A builder who never left the tools
Peter Ward founded PJ Ward Construct more than 30 years ago, starting out on the tools with decks, pergolas, granny flats, roofing and renovations across Sydney. A carpenter by trade with a builder's licence, Peter built the business one project at a time, earning a reputation for honest work and an uncompromising eye for detail.
Over the last decade, Peter has transitioned that hard-won craft into luxury residential developments, delivering duplexes and townhouses to the same exacting standard as the very first deck he ever built. The scale has grown, but the principle hasn't: every project is overseen by the man whose name is on the door.
Behind every build is Peter's trusted network of specialist subcontractors across tiling, kitchens, cabinetry, roofing, electrical, plumbing, plastering and bricklaying, assembled and coordinated over a career of working alongside the best in each trade.
Today, Peter oversees construction at a higher level, programming sites and coordinating trades from start to finish, while still picking up the tools and doing carpentry himself. He is a proud member of the Master Builders Association.

John Ward coordinates the daily delivery of projects, working alongside Peter to manage programming, trades and quality on site so every build is completed to schedule and to standard.
